$50K Simi Valley Bail Bonds for Softball Coach

A Simi Valley softball coach gets arrested for having consensual sex with a 13 year old girl. Now out on Simi Valley Bail Bonds, which was $50,000, he’s putting together his case to defend himself from the lewd and lascivious alegations against him which he plead not guilty to.

The Coach is 40 years old, she was 13, do the math. That’s just horrible.

Appearantly, two years ago, the coach and the 13 year old had sex, twice. The girl says it was consensual. The coach was arrested because 2 years later, the now 15 year old girl, was confiding with her best friend and recalling the events from a couple years ago. The best friend then reported the incident to her mother who in turn called the Simi Valley Police Department.

At this time the girl and the mother together reported the crime to the authorities and the Police subsequently went out and arrested the coach.  Afterwards they also obtained a search warrant for his house and the police were able to turn up a few items from the house.

The coach promptly put up $5,000 for a Simi Valley Bail Bonds company to bail him out.

So, that’s the story and where will it go from here? Will the defending attorney try to point out that it was consensual sex? Will other athletes coached by him come out and report similar occurings? If its consensual sex is it lawful, even with a 13 year old?

Lawful? No. But it still can be consensual. Bottom line is that no one under the age of 18 can have sex according to state law, even if it is consensual. But what if both kids are under the age? Now a days, highschool is just crazy. It’s rare that a student graduates as a virgin going in to college. Just ask the teachers.

A lot of the students aren’t even virgins when they enter highschool much less virgins when they enter college, if they even decide to go to college. But let’s get back to the age for legal sex. The law states that it is 18. But what if both partners are under the age of 18. Did they both break the law, neither?

Here’s a good one…what if the sex is between two girls or two guys? And what if one of the same sex partners is over 18 and the other is under 18? Does underaged same sex fall under the same laws as opposite underaged sex? Are homosexual acts, whether girl on girl or boy on boy, also held liable under the state laws?

Basically, yes. Any adult, age 18 and over can not at any time have sex with anyone under the age of 18, even if they are 17 years old and 29 days, even if it’s consensual, even if its homosexual or heterosexual. Also, either one of the under age sex partners can get charged with a crime if either of the parents complain to the authorities.

So, if you are wandering through highschool, you have a girlfriend or girlfriends, and you are sexually active, if at anytime any of the parents complain and bring up charges against you, you will now understand that you are liable for your actions, even if the other partner is consenting, EVEN if the other partner is asking for the sex, you are still liable and might end up in the court of law.
